§ 1717 License Renewal Requirements

To renew an unexpired license, the licensee shall, before the time at which the license would otherwise expire, apply for renewal on a form prescribed by the board and pay the renewal fee prescribed by this chapter. The receipt of the executive officer shall be indispensable evidence that payment has been made. (Amended by Stats. 1984, Ch. 47, Sec. 12. Effective March 21, 1984.)
