§ 16752 Corporate Charter Forfeiture Proceedings

Upon a violation of this chapter by any corporation or association the Attorney General or the district attorney of the proper county may institute proper proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction for the forfeiture of charter rights, franchises or privileges and powers exercised by such corporation or association, and for the dissolution of the corporation or association. (Amended by Stats. 1959, Ch. 2079.)
