§ 1672 Probation Cost Payment Requirements

• •If a worker with a license gets in trouble and is put on probation, they might have to pay for the cost of being watched during that time.
• •If they don’t pay these costs after their probation is over, they won’t be able to renew their license.
• •If someone’s license was taken away and they want it back, they must pay all the costs they were told to pay first.

A nurse gets caught making a big mistake at work and is put on probation. The board says she has to pay for someone to check on her while she’s on probation.

If the nurse doesn’t pay the money for being watched after her probation ends, she won’t be allowed to keep working as a nurse. Even if she tries to get her license back later, she’ll have to pay the money first.
