§ 126 Report Submission Exemption

Key Takeaways

  • •Some groups in the government used to have to send reports to the Governor.
  • •This law says those groups don’t have to send those reports anymore.
  • •This change started in 1967.

Example

Imagine a group of teachers who had to write a big report every year for the principal.

This law is like the principal saying, 'You don’t have to write that report anymore.' The teachers can now focus on other things instead of writing the report.
