§ 11228 Public Report Renewal Terms

• •A final public report is only good for 5 years.
• •If you want to keep it valid, you have to ask to renew it.
• •You might need to give extra info when you ask to renew.

A builder finishes a report about a new housing project in 2020.

That report will expire in 2025. If the builder wants to keep using it, they must ask to renew it before 2025 and might need to give new details about the project.
