§ 1006 Chiropractic Board Fee Report

Key Takeaways

  • •The State Board of Chiropractic Examiners must write a report by January 1, 2027.
  • •The report must talk about how much they charge for licenses and if they need to change those fees.
  • •The report must follow the rules in Section 9795 of the Government Code.

Example

Imagine you have a lemonade stand, and the government says you need a license to sell lemonade. The people who give out the licenses have to check if they are charging the right amount for the license.

The State Board of Chiropractic Examiners is like the group that gives out licenses for chiropractors. They have to write a report to the government about how much they charge for these licenses and if they need to change the prices.
